I just moved into the area in San Jose California has a ton of options to dine but this place is absolutely the best experience I have enjoyed in a long time . Since the first time I walked in I was greeted kindly the food smelled delicious and the front desk was very helpful when picking what was best for what I was looking for . The service was great and they gave me a time of when it would be ready and it was even ahead of time . Super fresh and ingredients are spectacular...
Been coming here for years since it’s closer to where I am because sometimes you don’t want to drive across town for dim sum. It’s not the best but I’ll take it for what it is. The dim sum I’ll still give it a 4/5. Walked in right as they opened so we got the top notch customer service, food came out hot and fast, water was refilled regularly, plates cleaned up as we finished. My only knock was the chicken feet seemed off that day. Normally it’s spot on but that day...
This used to be the go to spot for us but it has seen better days. My family has been eating in and getting takeout for as long as I can remember. Eastlake has been a neighborhood staple for a long time now and while the quality has taken a dip, the value hasn’t, still coming in at a reasonable price. We ordered takeout and that process has always been smooth. From ordering to arriving and picking up we had zero issues at all.
