Sorry but, they asked us what kind of tortillas but. They didn't even give us any sauce, I stayed waiting at the window, but they didn't come out, I can imagine how busy they were, and the picó de gallo was already spoiled ?

If you go inside or pickup or order the employees all make eye contact with you but no one will say anything for several minutes. They're getting skimpy with the chicken portions in the bowls and tostadas, and don't bother with the guac it's so bland.

I have been wanting to try El Pollo Loco since I moved to California. We stopped in for a quick dinner and I was pleasantly surprised. The chicken is grilled with mild seasoning but what really surprises me was the settings. It's a fast food place but they served our food on an actual, good quality disposable plate so my food wasn't handed to me in a bunch of takeout containers. It was even plated well.
