First visit to Elements tonight (Wednesday), on the recommendation of neighbors. Dinner was absolutely delicious! Each dish was perfectly prepared, beautifully presented, and served with great attention to detail and care. Glad we saved room for dessert, because the mango pana cotta and vanilla bean creme brulee were 10/10! Would highly recommend this spot, and look forward to visiting again soon.

Elements is a family run restaurant that is both a local staple as well as a destination restaurant. It is in a strip mall, but once inside you'd never know. The food is excellent and fresh and always exceeds your expectations. I love the salmon wellington and my husband likes the pad Thai but they also have awesome soups and seafood dishes and their rack of lamb is also delicious. We also love the fried egg rolls and water dumplings. No cocktails but they have a very good...

We had our rehearsal dinner at Elements in May for 40 people the night before our wedding. Tristan planned our very special meal with us and made sure that every detail was extraordinary and delicious. He and his staff prepared and served special appetizers, outstanding soup and entrees, and a super desert! He worked with us to select great wines as well. It was a spectacular evening and meal! We will always remember this special occasion and what a great, memorable meal...
