The food here taste excellent, even better than some of the high end restaurants we experienced at nearby Santana row, Los Gatos etc. All the dishes presentations are nicely done (we went in for a group dinner). The sea bass dish can often be mishandled in restaurants. Our two orders all came out perfectly done, crispy tops and tender inside without being undercooked, can be wonderfully pared with either black rice or Jasmin rice. Attention to detail - other reviewers have mentioned it too. I wanted to add as a vegetarian I was blown away by the flavors that the chef was able to preserve in all the dishes (there were 3 for vegetarians - 5 if you add eggs).
We got the springrolls - were warm on the inside with the fresh cilantro and the sprouts still preserving the character. Loved the sauces. The stuffed tofu had layers of flavor, such a well done tofu dish would win fans from the never-tofu-party...
