We came here during the 4th July week and it was really nice to try a Vietnamese French place after a long time. The service was great. It was not busy given that this was a long weekend and most people were probably out of town. The ambience was nice - contemporary and neat.

We enjoyed a beautifully presented and served dinner at Elements last night (Wednesday) that would have been easily comparable to fine dining. Tristan, as always gracious and welcoming, is keeping Elements a jewel in our Valley. Please come down and support Small Business and a very hardworking member of our community for decades.

Neighbourhood restaurant with very nice and generous owner, use fine ingredients and his dishes are made with hearts. Desserts are fantastic too!
