The prices are decent here and the food is great! I didn’t know what i wanted at the new location and the cashier and I had a great talk about what kind of foods we liked and had me land on the 201.

Came here for Lunch yesterday and decided to get the Madison Bumgarner as well as the J Mac. Sandwiches were at a 10/10, would highly recommend for a Quick and Easy Bite. However, service could improve. Cashier was not friendly at all and was rushing other customers as well as myself to order and didn’t want to answer any questions I had about the Menu or Ingredients in the Sandwich. Aside from the employee interaction, I would definitely return for the delicious J Mac 🤤

Parking was available right below the restaurant which was nice. I really liked the menu, and loved that they have Halal meats! The person serving me was very friendly and professional, and last but BEST was my sandwich!! Oh, and really affordable especially for Santana Row!

Loved the sandwich - it was so big I brought half to my husband and he loved it to and asked when we could go back. Dutch crutch bread is a must and they have great options and ingredients. Definitely my lunch go to shop.

This location always has great service! Prep time is quick, and if you are in the area, it's very convenient for a quick meal. Yahir was great in helping me choose from the hundreds of options. The only issue is that the location is within Santana Row, so parking can be tedious.

Our favorite sandwich shop in California… they have like over 1k sandwiches. My wife said he started with a very small place in the bay and has blown up. They have delicious unique selections with awesome sandwich names..
i forgot his name but the guy working today was so kind, took my phone order and it was ready when i got there - amazing customer service thank you!

I don’t usually leave reviews but the guy taking orders at this Ike’s today was the worst service I’ve ever had taking a sandwich order.. a sandwich.. His attitude was horrible and I won’t be back. (Edit 5/30/25) went back to try this place again and there was something in my sandwhich that shouldn’t have been there. GROSS.. looks like a huge peppercorn or dried blueberry. Also was charged extra to substitute halaal chicke for chicken friend steak, $20 sandwich.

Very impolite service. I walked up to make my order, and the guy just immediately asks for my name. He walked away after I ordered. No greeting or thank you. When I came to pick up my sandwich, the same guy shoved the sandwich in my hand.
