Il Fornaio offers excellent service, with friendly staff, including a warm welcome from the hostess. The food is a highlight, with dishes such as calamari, berry lemonade, vodka sauce pasta and seafood mix entree, and fresh pasta pleasing palates. While some dishes may be average, with vegetables occasionally overcooked, the attentive service and charming ambiance, reminiscent of a classic dining experience, make up for any minor flaws.
