“Best Jack in the Box I've been to in a while! The cashier was really friendly and even gave the 3 of us our orders in our own bags without asking even though it was one check. Burgers were tasty with just the right amount of sauce. Definitely fulfilled that 1am craving!“
“I usually go there maybe 1 to maybe 2 times a week in the evenings around 845-9p so there is not alot of customers at that time and there is alot of parking including handicap parking. There is a small crew usually working to serve both dine-in/take out customers and drive-thru customers simultaneously. However, the staff there usually stands around or is in the back, not attending to walk in customers immediately. Seems to be last priority for the establishment there at that specificlocation. Majority of the staff are friendly and are considerate to the customers needs and some have the look of boredom and/or the look as if they'd rather be somewhere else rather than serving customers on the job. Very disconcerting ??For this, I give the Total Review a 3 ½ - SOLID 4 depending on who's taking incoming orders during the shift. If these points I mentioned are addressed to fit TOTAL CUSTOMER SATISFACTION I'd rate the place a 10 if there were such an option.
Wheelchair accessibility: There are two sets of Wheelchair ♿ access Parking Spot in front and the side entrance. Mostly available throughout the day and open during evening business hours.“

“Every now and then, the best and most beautiful of humanity reveals itself in the least expected place. i won't get into details in the name of discretion, but it involved a homeless senior with a contorted feet with his walker/wheel chair, a person waiting on the drive-thru lane in his car, then there was Silvia, a tall, Amazonian-warrior-esque like human who postured mindfully and all knowing of compasssed that sh3. These two fellows were going at it with words? There was me on top of the drive thru lane next to the cashier. We went from face to face. alertwatching these men go at four in the morning. from academic level programming really hits you. them lane watching wI back and forth. The exchange went from a place of benign civility to an absurd and unnecessary level of "kill-now talk later" macho silliness. . The inevitability of a fight rushed in and it was just about anytime for an explosion of die macht to plow through Einstendows' escondido, our own secret, unintended fight club coming into form.
But that didnt happen thanks to Silvia's magical disruption that came out of perfectly as though that was the moment she worked so hard for. We were being prepped by an Invisible force. We know now. He is the one to pull everyone into the theater of the coming end of days. I am so humbled as i write this.“
“The manager Sylvia is awesome! She has been here at this location for a while now. She's never mad and easy to talk to. Thank you Sylvia for my double fish ? burger, I wait for those to come in. It was just as good as I remember. Not to mention I always upgrade and she really doesn't mind.“
“We visit the Jack In the Box on Bernal Rd weekly. Food is tasty and breakfast is served anytime. The staff is easy to understand and always friendly. Mistakes are very rare, like napkins might be missing. They have also been very accommodating like offering a free item if they happen to run out of a menu item. We use the APP to save a lot of $$. Inside the restaurant is very clean and pleasant.
Parking: We eat here often and the parking is super easy. I LOVE their rose bushes! It's pleasant to eat in your car.
Kid-friendliness: The regular menu has plenty for kids and then there's a specific kids menu as well.
Wheelchair accessibility: Eating inside is easy and pleasant for people in wheelchairs. There are tables designed for wheelchairs.“
“Went late night. Took a little longer than normal, a lot of cars. Very friendly cashier and they got my order right, which is a problem at a lot of other fast food places. No pickles is hard to get right I guess. The food was a little cool.“
“So, we went for a random drive from SF and our daughter was hungry. I searched for a fast food place that has nuggets (that's all she eats from fast food places) and I found Jack in the Box. The food the hubby and daughter got was good. I'm vegan and had a Diet Coke. I was very surprised that THERE IS NO FRIGGIN DRIVE THRU!! I do with my search had mentioned this! I've never in my years of traveling seen a JITB without one.“
“The place is great, and most of the staff is very nice. I love the restaurant itself. It’s very clean and is in a great location. However, the Asian lady, I don’t know her name, who took my order was very rude. I asked for onion rings with my chicken nuggets and she got mad and said that I can’t get them, and that I have to get them separate. She also got mad at me when I didn’t realize she had been calling my number, and she said” I called you a long time”. I don’t know why some people are so rude. She should not be there. She’s got an attitude.“
“This place is located at Almaden/Branham location . Food is fresh and Drive Thru average , though the service staff do their best to cope. Took off a star for atmosphere due to dirty tables indoors and vagrants in area .
Parking: Few spots to park during busy hours . No sidewalk parking closeby . Order in car and drive off .“
“The man attending me at 5-6am was so sweet and attentive, I could tell it was busy by the amount of staff on board but he STILL made it happen, AND did it with friendly service + a smile. Will definitely be coming back to this location again!!“
“I received one of the best customer service today at this location store #445. I stopped by and ordered at the drive thru at 6:57pm on May 29, 2024. Store manager by the name of ISALEI was super kind, nice and professional from start to finish. We live in a crabby world nowadays and it’s hard to receive just regular good service and I just wanted to take my time to write this review to recognize ISALEI for being a kind nice person.
