Amazingly, i requested a cup for water (i haven't drink sodas for a long time) and i was told HAVE TO PAY FOR THE CUP...!!!. By the way, I was the only one waiting in the lobby and still took 10 mins for 2 tacos and a wrap.
The drive thru was super slow. I was probably sitting behind the one car in front of me a good 10 mins and this was at the order spot and this was before someone said what would you like to order. My turn came and before I could say anything, she asked me to wait. A few minutes went by, started taking my order, had me wait again half way through ordering, finished and I finally got to the window to pay. At that point it was pretty normal. I don't know what was going on there.

It all depends on which jack n the box I go to. But one thing for sure they never give you a receipt. I want my receipt cause I want to know what I'm paying for. You never know you could be paying for something you didn't even order.
