I don't understand all the negative reviews. This is a TAKEOUT Chinese place-- what service are you expecting from them? The place is located inside a small strip mall. It's literally the main building and there's a sign above the entrance that says "jia jia" and only one Chinese restaurant inside so I don't understand how people on here are complaining they can't find it. I've come here twice now to get some bentos to go. I think the service is hit-or-miss: the first time I came here, the server was very nice and explained how it all worked. Last time, the server was a little snarky since there wasn't anyone else to help me and I interrupted her break. The food is decent, though I'd advise you to come earlier since they stop cooking around 5:30 or 6.
