I’ve been trying tlayudas all around the Bay Area, and this is definitely one of the best I’ve had. I’ve been a customer for a while, and it’s one of my favorite spots in the South Bay for authentic Oaxacan food, atmosphere, and hospitality.

Very good Oaxacan cuisine. It doesn’t get any better than this. True to the region.

Las 7 Regiones offers delicious food worth the wait. Parking can be tricky during peak hours, but easier late at night. The Menudo is fresh and flavorful, a must-try. The friendly staff accommodates guests well. Tacos and tortillas are handmade and a perfect size. Some mixed meat dishes may lack variety and be overly salty, but the bustling atmosphere and service make it a place to consider revisiting.
