It’s just not good, I was surprised & disappointed. Tried a simple black milk tea with pearls, it didn’t taste anything like it should, more like watery milk and pearls. The blueberry mochi donut, was so artificial and too sweet tasting. Thought it was me, so I tried a strawberry horchata. It was undrinkable - painfully sweet. Also I don’t think I saw an indication that it’s a slushie? Had to toss all three items. The good: the mochi donut base seemed freshly made...

This specific location is THEE best boba in the whole Bay Area ! When I go anywhere else to ask for a Taro and Ube boba drink I’m always told they “don’t “ mix the two or “can’t “ when I first came across this place I fell in love because they do the two flavors together and it’s just so perfect and refreshing and SOooo good ! The staff is always friendly and it’s so nice and clean in there . I still need to try more things on the menu but I stick to my go-to...

The employees here really make a difference! We ate here after pilates, and ordered rainbow mochi. They gave us rainbow jelly instead. We brought it up and found out they didn't stock rainbow mochi. We didn't ask them to remake it, but they were nice enough to bring out white mochi for us to eat! It was a great time. Thank you for the mochi and the excellent service!
