Waited 30 mins after placing an online order. Guy at the front asked if I wanted to wait for the food or cancel it because it was busy and the system was down. I said it doesnt matter to me and then he told me to cancel it online. If I was at the store and wanted to cancel, he was supposed to do it for me or another representative.
