The food was cold and the server was showing attitude. It was not busy at the time and my food came cold and gave me food poisoning. Every time I went here my food was either cold or charred up to the point that my pizza is just pitch black. This is why I give this store a 1/5and i would not recommend going here. Food poisoning every time. There were also alot of spiders and cobwebs in the corner. Never would go here again.

Was in there tonight to get pizza for my family. The teenager they had running the front did an amazing job despite how packed it was. We waited a second for our pizza but it’s to be expected with how packed the place was. He even gave my son cookies when our pizza was done. This is our favorite little caesars.

Okay lets just get it out. Service and wait times are horrible, BUT the crust [pillowy soft every time and delicious] and quality of the pies [good sauce and cheese quality] at these stupid low prices cannot be ignored. It's amazing. I live one block away from the Tully store and yet I drive to this store for my pizza and return home to eat my pizza.Let's be honest folks, LC's is never going to pay their people enough to consistently show up for work, yet alone hire enough people to cover the demand. The Tully Store sucks, the Story Road Store is sketchy, yet the crust and toppings here are consistent for classic and std crusts.This store has low ratings but everyone that knows, comes here for their pizza fix. Hands down consistently best quality low budget pizza in town. Let's be patient and grateful for the kids that show up for work and make our pizza [I doubt they ever get a break yet alone over-time], otherwise prepare to pay gourmet prices somewhere at Domino's if LC's ever go out of business.

Beware Beware from this location, Really bad pizza and bad customers service by the cashier her name is Esther j. and she is the manager too and the coworkers are same.I picked up my order and asked for pepper & cheese and she said that the store doesn't give it. Then I asked her to please double-cut my pizza, and just for that she was very rude rolled her eyes, and not only that she screamed "If you don't like it get out". I almost called the police, because she didn't even respect that my 9-year-old son was there. This is the worst little Ceaser location bad manager by the way her name is Esther j. Is on the pic of the order receipt.

I love the pizza the cheese is the reason why I love it, but Esther I believe is her name she said she's the manager she is so rude rude lady I mean not only to me I've seen her being so rude with other customers I even witnessed her hang up on a customer because she could not understand the customer half of the time I can't even understand what she is saying I do not like her so much that I am even going to be willing to find another Little Caesars even if I have to drive farther I hope that the owner sees this post and really puts this lady in her place or completely gets rid of her she is probably ruining business that's coming in for this owner

Came in pick up my crazy bread, I love their crazy bread look in the kitchen the staff was making dough with her bare hand patting the dough with no glove. So unsanitary. Working in the food field you need to wear gloves please. Omg not coming no more
We went inside and ordered a pepperoni pizza thinking it would be fresh, hot ready to go when they brought it to us and we opened it up at home it tasted like, 4 day old pizza and looked like a week old never going back to this little Caesar on aborn rd and capitol expressway.

It is a grab-and-go pizza place. Not a big fan but it is quick when I don't have anything to eat. Also, I have leftovers for the next day. I bought Hawaiian and Pepperoni pizza. The Hawaiian pizza tastes like cardboard to me. Not good but I needed to eat something. The place is in a good area. This is just not a great pizza place in my opinion.

If I could give ZERO stars I would!I have a complaint re this store on 1809 E. Capitol Expressway, San Jose, CA. I was sold 2 orders of raw stuffed breadsticks and had to beg for my 2 crazy sauces. I also asked for a bag for my purchase since the bags the breadsticks were in were greasy and the Manager said they did not have any when the previous customer they offered a bag for their purchase. The Cashier held the bag up in the air and the customer did not need a bag so the cashier put the bag back under the counter. I even offered to pay for a bag and was denied one. The Manager said "I am not lying to you we do not have any bags". She obviously was lying to me. This is so stupid and petty. Why was I treated this way for a friggin bag? I tried calling Corporate Headquarters but their numbers don't work. I have a disability, had my service dog with me in the store and feel like I was treated worse than trash in their garbage can. I know the pizza is cheap but I guess you get what you pay for...nothing...

Hey, the pizza’s fine. As long as you know what you should expect. It’s bargain pizza! Tried the Detroit style this time, along with the classic pepperoni. Detroit is GOOD!And I really like the convenience of ordering via the app. You get live preparedness status and can pick it up from the holding oven.
