Stayed here serval times the past year and I really like it. The lobby is huge. The staffs are chill. The M Club is nice and clean. The snacks aren't bad either. I mean, it's free after all. The rooms are decent. It's a convenient location with plenty of places to eat. It's not too far from SJC airport either. I'd come back again.
3.5 Stars - Our stay overall was ok, however, their valet is a mess. They have their staff doing the best they can, but you must plan ahead of time and be ready to wait for your car to be parked and/or retrieved from their lot. Also, don't forget any items because it is a walk to the car. Someone in our group unfortunately had a toilet leak in the bathroom. Since we went to a concert, it was too late in the evening to change rooms. Hopefully, she gets comped out a night's stay...read full review

While planning for an event in town we used our Bonvoy account to search and found the San Jose Marriott was directly connected to the convention center where our event was. The hotel is a bit confusing to get into for parking/check in as the front area is tiny and has valet signs only around.
