There's no way this counts as bomb vegan Mexican food is San Jose. I don't know what's wrong with everyone. It's really meh. Try me, we tried the works. The staff is friendly and nice. But yeah, everything felt like slop. Tables were eh cleaned. The best item in the menu was the Moroccan lentil soup.

We tried three different tacos and they far exceeded expectations. The mushroom taco and tejano taco were especially delicious. Order two if you're not starving, and three if you want to indulge. Note that this is not a separate Mexican restaurant. It is part of the menu of the Veggie Grill and shares the same space. The advantage being you can get the huge variety of options if someone in your party isn't feeling like Mexican food. Of course you can find better...

Not sure what's up with this "taqueria", but it's just 4 or 5 items on the regular Veggie Grill menu. Food was EXCELLENT though, and staff was really friendly. Actually ate here twice in one day.
