Came here for dinner with an out-of-town friend. I drive by this area all the time and have been wanting to try it. I love bbq and am always on the lookout for good places. My go-to is brisket. That's how I base my standard. And I can say it is Excellent! Flavorful, tender, juicy. Also nice portions. House-made spicy sauce perfectly compliments. Along with the jalapeno and pickles, I absolutely cleaned up my plate. Service was also friendly and helpful. For sure we'll be returning!
I arrived at Mac Park BBQ at around 6:45 PM on a Friday. The store is located as part of an apartment complex, and there is free parking available in the parking garage. At this time, the store was pretty much empty. There were only three other customers sitting in the restaurant, so there were plenty of seats. Ordered the sausage combo with fries and slaw but was overcharged and then they didn't give me fries. Maybe they thought I was ordering it ala carte? Got it all sorted in the end but paid a bit extra I guess. Food was good.
