I came by for the first time ever to try it out as I love halal food and the customer service was amazing even though I had showed up maybe a half hour from closing, Shaquille was the team member I talked to and he answered all my questions with great enthusiasm and knew the ins and outs of all of it. Mazza Pizza n Grill is a halal restaurant that has left a strong impression on its customers. The customer service is described as amazing, with staff members who are welcoming, nice, and enthusiastic, going above and beyond to ensure a great experience. The pizza is well made, perfectly done, and absolutely delicious, with a crust that is crisp and soft at the same time. A large pizza can be ordered with half ricotta pepperoni and half creamy garlic chicken with a buffalo drizzle on top, and the little touch of hot honey on the ricotta is incredible. The chicken and pepperoni are halal and taste amazing, and they are not stingy with the toppings. Other menu items like the chicken Alfredo pasta are creamy and come with a drink and awesome garlic bread. The prices are reasonable, and the outdoor seating area, including a great enclosed outdoor patio, is a favorite feature. The restaurant is right across the street from San Jose State University, with plenty of seating inside and no trouble finding parking on a Saturday evening.
