THIS PLACE IS CLOSED AND REPLACED AT VALLEYFAIR!! sad because it was one of the best ramen places and easy to order at with great prices. so sad to see it gone without any announcement or updates about it. i hope they open up a new spot.. i would only go to the mall to get a bowl of their ramen :(

I ordered chicken ramen, the broth was too fatty and salty. the chicken was breaded, there were a lot of noodles. not the best ramen. service is friendly.

One of the reasons I come to this mall is this ramen. I always get the tonkatsu ramen. The broth is so tasty and creamy and the noodles are perfect. The eggs are soft cooked and so delicious. The meat is always tender and flavorful. I don't feel the need to get ramen from anywhere with a long line, as this is perfect.

I thought this place was pretty good for Ramen in a mall … in fact it was better than I expected.I got chicken ramen, the soup base was very rich and had a fair level of spice for the spiciest level. I think it had a very good flavor overall for the soup, the noodles could have been a little softer but that may have been me not waiting enough after I received my order. I was pretty full after the regular sized bowl. Overall not bad for $12 for a quick bite while shopping.

We wanted to have a relaxing and cool July 4th with our toddler. We walked around the mall and due to connivence we opted to come to the food court to eat lunch. Our toddler loves noodles. They open around 11am. Staff just hung around while there was a line forming to use the self ordering kiosk. Someone had to ask "hey can we order with you?" as the first person who was ordering was taking a long time. My husband ordered two Tonkatsu and a karage. He was asked if we were dining in or out. He answered in. You have to stand by the area to wait for your food. No buzzer. Oddly, our food came in take out containers and my husband is a klutzy person so he spills all his soup. Sigh. Our noodles clumped together. Thin noodles. The soup was a bit thinner that we are used to. Chicken karage was good. Overall, eatable but nothing to write home about. Wished they gave us our noodles along with the broth and not separate.

Workers are quite disrespectful. I sat there for 5 minutes just waiting for them to take my order. Food looks weird, it also tastes weird. Atmosphere is very depressing and staff just sit on their phones a lot. But service is quick. Apart from that everything else sucks and it made me feel sick.

I had enjoyed their deluxe Tonkotsu noodles until about 6 months ago when their quality of the noodles and broth had changed. The broth is too salty and the noodles are too mushy or soggy even before I mix it with the broth. The last few times including 2 days ago the food was still like that. Hope they review their food quality and improve it back to how it was before. At the meantime I will give myself a break from this place for at least several months before considering trying it again. My 2 cents: Just to be fair to businesses. This review was placed in 7/2023. Please be advised management of the shop may change in the near future and quality of the food and service may also change/improve/worsen. My first ever ramen restaurant food was not encouraging! I ordered the Vegetable Ramen which suffered from three issues: (1) not nearly enough of the vegetables--spring mix, corn, green onions, and bean sprouts; (2) tasteless broth; and (3) noodles that must have been boiled hours earlier--they were glued together in a tight clump!I ate the tofu and veggies off the top, threw the broth and noodle ball in the trash, and went home to cook something far better.Bleah!

The broth is freaking awesome!! The ramen is just amazing and way better then the other ramen place. It's small but man it's just delicious

The ramen's not bad but this place doesn't deserve a higher rating because the staff needs work on people skills. The young lady at the register was not very friendly. I ordered the Tokushima ramen, $12 and I really liked the broth. It's simple with a few slices of bland pork, bean sprouts and generous green onion serving size. I couldn't finish all the broth and took the remaining amount in the plastic container home and cooked my own dry ramen with it. Just as delish the next day. Hubby ordered the tonkotsu ramen deluxe. When he sat down to eat, he noticed she didn't give him the extras (more meat) with it so he had to take it back. He said she didn't say a word, looked at it, realized it didn't have the extras and added it without apologizing for her mistake. I tasted his broth which had more of a soy sauce taste. I liked the Tokushima broth better. The noodles were clumpy at some parts of it meaning they didn't stir the noodles while it was cooking. At the very least if they added oil in the pot, the noodles wouldn't have clumped and fused together.

My boyfriend ordered the deluxe and thought it was ok. He got it spicy and mentioned the spice kicks a lot later. He thought it wasn't spicy at first and was disappointed haha They give a perfect soft-boiled egg. The pork and chasiu were tasty. The soup was very savory and tasty.Total is $19Check out my instagram! @annaeatss

These reviews really surprise me because there’s a lot of negative ones. But my husband and I went tonight and enjoyed it. I went to the basics expectations of Food Court ramen. Typically any food court cheap Ramen I have bought was always a small portion and just basic tasting. So I ordered the regular chicken Ramen with double noodles. And it was so much food to start off. The noodles are good. They do stick a little bit, so make sure as you eat you’re constantly stirring everything every now and then. The chicken is really good. We had three big meaty pieces and broth was tasty. It had good flavor. The single portion my husband ate was also a ton of food he had spicy chicken Ramen. Well, I did the plain version with no spice. Overall, I would definitely eat it again the price isn’t bad and it has plenty of food. Don’t let the other review scare you.

The tonkatsu ramen was really nothing special. It wasn't bad, but definitely not returning to this establishment. The pork-based broth had an unpleasant smell to it. After finishing my meal, I wanted to use mouthwash to rinse out this unpleasant experience. Lastly, the ratio between the soup and noodles is entirely off.
