This one for item 2: beef noodle with pickle noodles. The beef cubes are tender and there are up to 10 pieces. value for money. It is better than Din Tai Fung's. DTF's beef is difficult to chew most if the time It is in the food court.
Impromptu visit while at the mall on a holiday weekend and every restaurant was packed. Saw this spot and immediately went all in. Yes to labeled vegetarian options! I got the marinated cucumber salad and the chili oil dry noodles. The salad was good, looked like they had prepackaged then earlier so it wasn't 100% fresh but still crunchy and tasty. I was killing time in Valley Fair and have always heard about Ox 9 Lanzhou Handpulled Noodles and loved they had a location in a mall food-court! I ordered the Lanzhou Handpulled Noodles Soup with the medium round noodles. The noodles and meat both tasted very fresh, and I loved adding the chili oil to the broth. There weren't that many people in line when I went, so my food came out very fast. I wish my area had malls with food courts as good as Valley Fair!
