Of course when I come home to San Jose, I need to get some good food. We went and picked up some food from a dim sum and bakery. Lots of great choices and I was definitely happy and full. I didn't get a picture of the rice porridge with chicken and diced thousand year old duck egg, but that was devoured first and fast.#thisishowichow #dimsum #greenonionbread #friedtaroroll #potstickers #shrimp #shumai
Not bad but felt like there was a disproportionate amount of sticky rice and peanuts versus meat and eggs in the Lo Mao Gai (like 80 % to 20%). I did like the seasoning of the rice and meats though.
