i have gone here around 5 times. And only one time i went they had hot coffee. The coffee dispensers outside are empty or just cold. the bagels are great only reason they get 2 stars.
The bagel and smear were good as always. There's no place to sit down inside. They won't let you use the restrooms. What a stupid policy. The staff at this location are not very friendly.

Service from the employees were fine. Food average. The fact that they have tables and there isn't access to the bathrooms made us go to Starbucks next door. Had to buy coffee there to use the bathroom. We'll skip a step next time and just go to Starbucks. What a dumb policy. We won't return to this location.
