Been here a few times now. Great Food and Nice Displays Always! Fun Vibes, Pleasant Atmospheres, and definitely a Very Welcoming Environment. I really like that they have upgraded to live music Entertainments and Karaoke Nights! My favorites are their Full Menu options, Plenty of Delicious Appetizers, and Flavorful and Hearty Hot Pots! Absolutely enjoyed Eating the Beef Salad ( Bo Tai Chanh ), (Bun Nem Cha Dac Biet) is so Good, which is Grilled Cured Pork served with lots of Fresh Herbs, Rice Wrappers, and Special Shrimp Sauce. (Bun Dau Mam Tom) or Fried Tofu with Steam Pork is absolutely Delighted! It is one of my Favorite on the menu! Love that Awesome Sauce and Vegetables! So Many Delicious Specialties Dishes!!! Their Thai Sate Seafood Hot Pot, The Crab Sate Seafood, and Goat Hot Pot with Bean Cured Sauce Hot Pots are very Tasty and Flavorful! My Family and Friends love coming here! This Place is always super decorative, very welcoming, and lively with many festive interior Designs and great background Displays. Not only that the place is really pretty but this Paloma Cafe also offered A full menu Options of Specialities, Great Appetizers, many Authentic Vietnamese Dishes, Delicious Salad Platters, and A Great Selections of Tasty Flavorful Hot Pot as well. Their Popular Bun Dau Mam Tom, Bun Nem Cha Dac Biet, Crab Sate Seafood Hot Pot, Thai Sate Seafood Hot Pot, are some of my favorites on the Menu. We came here recently to celebrated my friend's birthday and Noticed that they had Newly Upgraded to A Full Dance Floor, Live music, and Karaoke Nights. We had a great time and absolutely enjoyed that! They also Served Late night Alcohol Beverages such as beers and wines with a Catchy twist of fun exciting Entertaining Environment! Definitely recommend Paloma Cafe for Any or All Gatherings!!!

Not professional in service. I ordered “bun dau mam tom “, received order with no fresh meats, all looks alike leftovers night!!! “Mam tom” too sweet!!! Also, waiting too long food even not much customers at lunch. ?

Popular spot. Lots of locals sitting outside, a d people coming and going with take out. Bought a big mixed sampler dish to take out and share with friends. One of my go to spots, attached to a big popular Asian mall that's great to walk around in. Food court is popular.
Horrible services and unethical business. I went in a big group and when they issued the bill, they added higher price then they were in the menu. We trusted them and didnt check till we gor home. They also forced us to pay 18% service charge without informing us in advance. Worse still, They also gave wrong order to my friend 3 times, and didnt give some people food till the end when others have finished their food. I want to support local business, but now I know why I was the only 2 groups in their restaurant on a busy Friday.

We order a bun dau mam tom which was ok but one thing terrified me is the amount of small caterpillar in the vegetable which could have easily spread to the food. No matter how good the food is when you see that, that is a 1 star immediately

Craving for Vietnamese food and a friend of mine swore by this place. Walked in for dinner the place is completely empty and the entire time we ate the place was pretty much a ghost town. We ordered the short ribs with glutinous rice, crispy fried chicken and garlic noodles and Bun Dai Mam Tom which consist of fried tofu, fried pork and steamed pork with vermicelli, fresh herbs, lettuce and their sauce. I was so hungry but did not really enjoy anything. Fried chicken was dry almost like it was leftover from lunch and they fried it again. The garlic noodles did not taste anything like garlic noodles its almost like a spaghetti cooked in ketchup. Short rib and glutinous rice was ok. The whole tray of food to me was not appetizing at all. I only ate a little of the vermicelli and the fried tofu. The fried and steamed pork just tasted bad to me. There's also funny smell on the meat and the vegetables and herbs. We did not finish our food and left the leftovers at the restaurant. My friend who was with me wanted dessert and I discouraged from ordering since nothing we ordered was good, Their menu was so old and dirty too. Overall, I do not recommend this place and will not return.
