First time online order from here. I ordered white rice with broccoli beef & honey sesame chicken. Unfortunately they missed the chicken n served me rice with broccoli beef only. I felt very upset since never happened to me before. I went there again to show them the box. They immediately gave me another same order I placed and also gave me shrimps instead of chicken. It’s a very happy ending for both sides. I got 2 boxes n they got my loyalty.
I like their food but I think that they should test taste some of it before putting out there on display. The other day I dare to order eggplant and tofu, and got a bit disappointed because the eggplant wasn't cooked properly, made my complaint but no one cared about.
