This, honestly in my opinion is the best Panda Express. I come here all the time; not just because the food is great but because the service is better! They know me when I come in and greet me with a smile. They notice when I have been gone for a while and make a point to let me know that. They seem to really care which is something I need as a busy Memory Care Director who just needs some good food. I used to work in food myself for 10+ years and by God’s grace, worked my way...
When I got there, they were out of eggplant tofu, so I asked how long it would be, and they said 2 minutes, so I ordered my other dishes. By the time I got to the counter, the eggplant tofu was ready. It was hot and delicious, good job, Panda.
I visited this Panda Express around 4 pm. A couple of the dishes were running a little low. I asked about getting freshly cooked food. They were great. They asked me what I wanted and cooked it fresh. Great customer service!
