Wow... believe the hype! I've had shave ice at the best places in Hawaii and honestly, this place is as good... if not better. Perfect ice consistency, great syrup flavors, and great topping quality. $10 for their regular size is also very good considering this is the Bay and it's almost enough to share with someone. Service was also very friendly.

My family and I absolutely love this place and the owner is super friendly and so is the rest of the staff! They have delicious Shave Ice. Their customer service is phenomenal. We usually go there on Sunday afternoons, and the last time we went, we had placed our order and we were waiting for the owner to prepare it. We were looking at the menu and we were curious to know what calamansi was, so we asked him, and he explained it was basically Hawaiian lemonade. We got our order and went to sit outside to enjoy our treat, and a few minutes later, the owner came out with a free shave ice with calamansi so that we could taste it. It was not only delicious, but so thoughtful! We were not expecting that at all. The ONLY reason I didn't give it five stars, is the limited hours. I just had surgery today, and all I want is a shave ice and they are closed. Other than that, five stars all around.
We had a great experience here; definitely made me want to go visit Hawaii again! The mochi topping is so super soft and chewy, and the coconut ice cream was creamy and delicious. Perfect for a super hot day! The only thing was our shaved ice was incredibly sweet, too sweet for us, but that could have been our mistake with choosing the flavors (strawberry and calamansi) and also adding gummy bears for the toppings as well. I’ll have to try other flavors or their specialty options next time!
