My wife Patty and I just came here to grab a couple slices “ which is were amazing “ by the way and I just wanted to give a shot out to Tommy he was super friendly and his service was second to none. Would come back for sure.
The pesto pizza was good but contained too much oil. The soda was too small for the price. The showmanship of dough making was awesome. Workers were friendly and nice, especially the tall burly black-haired man with beard. This is probably one of the best eateries in food court with great food and service.

I really loved their Basil pizza. This location has limited options and it's inside the Valley Fair Mall. We tried the Pesto and Manresa. Pesto was hands down the winner. It's a really savory slice that is irresitible? However the pizzas are quite oily so do be prepped for that.

They have fast food that is convenient, and delicious! They are friendly, and community oriented. I always take family there, when they’re visiting. My grandkids love it!!

The taste is good but the people serve was bad, the lady in front was not friendly I just had to ask her to open my soda, she did it without say anything and no any customer friendly word and support.It was on the westfield mall ?BTW nobody were using gloves or face mask, one of them was cleaning a matt then she was touching the pizzas?

Today, I forgot my ATM card in the pizza my heart located at Valley fair. It was surrendered immediately by the staff to security for safekeeping.I went back and the manager even assisted me on the way to the security office. Thank you so much. Kudos to all of you. You have my heart.

I came here a couple of weekend ago and the pizza was great but the customer service we received wasn't. The girl helping us with our pizza was nice but the one at the register with the baseball hat on was beyond rude. When telling her what pizza's we got and which beers we wanted she responded with an attitude and asked if we were ordering or had gotten it from the other girl. Luckily the other girl stepped in and told her yes they ordered thru me, they just need to order their beer since I can't pour it. The one with the hat then just had a sour look on her face. When asking for a couple of napkins since we got grease on us she just sighed and handed over 2 napkins. We went ahead and asked another restaurant nearby since it seemed like it was to much to ask for. Not only that she was also rude to another customer that was waiting for their order and they simply asked how much longer.
Rude staff lady wearing pink just gave me attitude the whole time I was talking to her. I asked for plates and she threw them at me. She was also rude to the customer ahead of me when he asked for a receipt.

The pizza is pretty good but the employees are rude and have minimal patience with customers, I get better customer service than this at a Walmart. And also, the employees are not even wearing name tags!

Brandon has amazing customer service. He called us to let us know they didn't have a specific pizza slice and gave us different options. We ordered on doordash and he treated us like we were in the shop. He gave top notch customer service and a very friendly guy. Good job pizza my heart!

I come get pizza here pretty often and all employees are always very nice and get me my pizza asap. I have never had a bad experience here and there is always specifically a women with a bandana that is super nice either on the cashier or serving the pizza. 100% recommend!
