BOI is amazing! This family business is very friendly, plus the drinks are very delicious. They have many snacks as well. Snack prices are definitely cheaper than 711 or a liquor store. They only take cash or VENMO, so be aware when coming. Give it a try! And refill on your water!

What a real treat a small cozy Vietnamese bakery shop in a residential neighborhood and as I came in this morning I was greeted by the owners so attentive and very friendly. Their menu is very limited comprised of drinks, banh mi and croissants I had the #2 (nem nuong) Vietnamese grilled pork sausages on a baguette bread with veggies price at $6 freshly made right off the oven crispy, juicy and tender for drinks I had the caramel whipped cream coffee price at $6 large size cup. They do have snacks, egg rolls, doughnuts and not much else. It has a small dine-in not very spacious no outdoor seating parking is along the side streets. Definitely be back so support your local business.

Best price on water I've been able to find. No prepay cards or hassles. When you go you have to try the homemade egg rolls. So fresh and tender, what a treat.

This is the cutest place ever. I got their Vietnamese iced milk coffee, and it's super tasty! The owner is super sweet and friendly. I love seeing places like this! Definitely recommend stopping by, they have viet food, baked goods, snacks, and coffee.

Been a long time since there was a small shop that sells food around this area. Ambience is quiet, service is great! Came in and was greeted right away. The lady that works here doesn't speak much English so be patience . I ordered the #1 and got my order in 5 minutes. They offer a lot of snacks. Chips, soda, etc.Very convenient place to get a quick snack .

This place seems like there's a new owner who took over and made the place look much nicer and cleaner and added more services on top of RO pure water. This is my first time getting water here today and I'm so glad I stopped by. Went home and tested the tds on this water and it reads only 3ppm, that's incredible and currently the price is only 30 cents a gallon without membership. I'm going to try their Vietnamese sandwiches and coffee next time.

Understandably, the store is closed since Covid-19. But, you can still buy water outside with the water machine. Unfortunately, the machine does not give you back the correct change, and if you press the wrong button for sure it will take you for a nickle. Nickle here and Nickle there it is becoming very aggravating. I've tried sending them an email and got no response. I've tried calling the telephone number they have posted, only to find out that answering is not set-up...
