This is easily one of the best BBQ spots in San Jose. The beef brisket really stands out—super tender, juicy, and full of flavor. I liked that you can choose lean, fatty, or a mix depending on your preference. The Cajun fries were crispy without being greasy and paired perfectly with the brisket sandwich. They also have a solid drink selection, including beers, ciders, and even Ace Pineapple, which makes it a great casual hangout spot.
