What a real treat a small cozy Vietnamese bakery shop in a residential neighborhood and as I came in this morning I was greeted by the owners so attentive and very friendly. Their menu is very limited comprised of drinks, banh mi and croissants I had the #2 (nem nuong) Vietnamese grilled pork sausages on a baguette bread with veggies price at $6 freshly made right off the oven crispy, juicy and tender for drinks I had the caramel whipped cream coffee price at $6 large size cup....read full review
This is the cutest place ever. I got their Vietnamese iced milk coffee, and it's super tasty! The owner is super sweet and friendly. I love seeing places like this! Definitely recommend stopping by, they have viet food, baked goods, snacks, and coffee.

BOI is amazing! This family business is very friendly, plus the drinks are very delicious. They have many snacks as well. Snack prices are definitely cheaper than 711 or a liquor store. They only take cash or VENMO, so be aware when coming. Give it a try! And refill on your water!
