Our waitresses was professional and courteous. There was a group of 4 - two couples - close to our table, who were very loudly talking and laughing. That made our dinner experience unpleasant.

Ordered online and the amount of food that is being served is ridiculous. The prices are higher which is happening every where, but at least keep the servings the same as before. I will no longer be ordering food from Red Lobster.

Worst management! We waited for over an hour and a half. They took other parties bigger than ours . They were very unprofessional. We didn't get seated. We didn't get an apology. We been coming to this established for years. But never again we come again. The management needs to get trained or replaced if customer service etiquette.

Horrible had my family waiting over a hr with children, went into a hour in a half nobody ever told us we’d be getting seated shortly or what name we were under. Horrible customer service by not apologizing and trying to fix issue. Also dropped are cake we asked for back..

I ordered delivery through their website. It took over 2h to arrive (1h more than estimated), by then what I got was already cold leftovers. So, yeah, go there, go pick it up, but don't order delivery because it does not work.

Went last night, we were seated promptly and the sever was prompt to get our drink and food orders. It's been a long time since our last dine in visit. We were blown away about the prices. Ridiculous to say this least. Food came quickly and we weren't even close to being done with our salads. I thought the food was good, not great but my wife said the fried scallops didn't taste quite right and the fried fish was very salty. Not a show stopper as mine was ok and I gave her mine. I like salt and it was overly salty for even me. The server however never checked on us nor was only offered to refill my iced tea 10 minutes after we were done and waiting to get our bill. She seemed to be preoccupied with something else. We have going to this location for decades and never had service this bad. This was probably the last time we will go there. We can go to our favorite fish and chips place much farther from home but much better food, cheaper and better service.

A bit slow to receive our food and bigger tables of 5 or more is hard to get, but delicious food. Lobster is never over cooked but get the steaks rarer than you’d normally get, as it is tend to be overdone

It's a Red lobster. The food is so-so except the biscuits which are still as good as they've always been. You would have to go a long way to find a restaurant chain that served dishes as unhealthy as these they do make a great Caesar salad dressing so the Caesar salad is somewhat healthy dash as healthy as romaine lettuce with a high caloric dressing can be-at least it's a vegetable though it would be nice if they loosened it from the shell dash it's a little hard to get out. But years ago Red lobster seems to have believed that you have to cook the lobster at a high temperature for a long time so it was always rubbery. The lobster this time was tender and actually quite delicious.Because the biscuits are so popular they run out of them and if you planned to have them with your meals you might get one or two and then have to wait until the next batch was baked. All the White staff is trying to do good service so if you're wait person is busy with something you won't get any more biscuits even if you have waited. Our wait person was exceptionally good. The restaurant is quite cold so pretty uncomfortable and since it takes a long time to get your food and an even longer time to get biscuits you can be cold for a very long time IV

Food was good. I have the Southwestern Shrimp but the service needs improvement. Took to long to get seated. Took to long for our server to stop by and took to long to get our order. Not very impressed.
