I had the pleasure of meeting Francisco, a young man, who I was told is a newer server. Francisco’s customer service skills are genuinely incredible. He is attentive, and asked me about things I needed before I could ask.

It's been awhile since, we been back. I got free dessert from “ Red Lobster app” for birthday. My brother Tim, treated, the appetizers crab mushrooms,  calamari, and lobster pizza, were “Great!” Especially the  calamari was very crispy and chewy at same time. The quality of food was excellent. The service was amazing, we appreciated the refill of there famous  cheddar Bay biscuits. They crusty outside and tender inside. My brother was disappointed that ran...
