Shake Shack Westfield Oakridge

I tried one of their shakes and now I always go back, they’re great! My wife sometimes gets something to eat; their burgers are pretty good too.

For me it’s about the shakes, especially the strawberry one, with whipped cream 🤤🤤🤤

Ordering was a breeze—quick and efficient, with no hassle involved. The Shackburger had a juicy patty, but it leaned on the salty side, which might not appeal to everyone. The bun was soft, the cheese perfectly melted, and the lettuce added a fresh crunch. It paired well with fries, making for a satisfying meal overall.

The food is just okay. Defo not worth the price, especially when it's like nextdoor to better options. The stars are basically all for the service of the employee there.

Ordered through their app. I tried the chicken sandwich for the first time. It was ready in 5 minutes. The sandwich was delicious, hot and fresh. The young lady helping face excellent customer service. I will be back next time I’m in the mall.

Iv been hearing alot of hype regarding the burgers from this place. So I decided to try it out.. honestly wasn't impressed. Burger had no flavor. Basically tasted like beef and grease. Maybe I should have added ketchup to the burger. But iv always believed good burgers dnt need ketchup. But man was I wrong. Maybe it the burger I chose or maybe the time of day I went. I dunno but it wasn't good. The shake was amazing but I'd hope that be easier to make then the burger. Over all I'd still prefer in and out . Or. Even five guys over the shake shack burgers. Srry not srry

The service was great and the people are super friendly! It was my first time eating at a shake shack and I will definitely be coming back.

The burger patty was extremely delicious. the meat was cooked at a perfect temperature and was worth what we paid . We got avocado lettuce cheese bacon and the special sauce they use 10/10. The fries weren’t bad at all but not worth $4 since you have to order it separately. Customer service was great ! She didn’t make a mistake and was friendly .

Shake shak needs to come up a better way to keep the cold drinks especially like milk shakes or ice cream cold till the food get picked up.

Ordered some burgers and a strawberry milk shake. Picked up like 10 - 15 mins after the scheduled pick up time. When i got my food, burgers are cold which is fine. But the milk shake is nearly like a cup of flavored milk. They were busy so I did not bother asking for a re-make.

I will never order any drinks from them again till they can figure out a better way to keep the drinks cold till they get picked up.

Second time at Shake Shack
Ordered a burger and fries!
The burgers are good and the French fries are among the top two French fries I’ve ever eaten in the United States!
(Remember to order French fries with cheese)
As for the milkshake, I ordered coffee flavor~it’s also quite delicious!
You must eat here when you come to the United States!
This place allows you to order your own meals using a tablet!

Recommended for those who like burgers and fries!
