Starbucks Coffee Company sits on a busy corner near a middle school and the Rose Garden area, offering a cozy neighborhood vibe. It is a popular spot for local college students and locals. The location is great, with convenient and free accessible parking that is usually available, including an adjoining lot and a ramp in front. The space inside is comfortable with a good amount of room and giant bay windows, making it a decent spot to sit down and get some work done without feeling cramped. They offer outdoor tables with a few umbrellas on a patio, and indoor tables are mostly accessible.
The menu features standard Starbucks coffee and specialty drinks, such as cafe mochas and vegan hot chocolates, along with a variety of muffins and pastries, though there are no gluten free options. They offer only one decaf hot tea and several cold decaf teas. Reviews note that drinks like the Americano can be perfect with excellent coffee flavor, though experiences with beverage quality vary.
The staff's service varies; some are described as excellent, super friendly, and professional, while others can seem less attentive. The atmosphere includes loud background music. The accessible restroom is locked for customers, requiring an access code. Menus are posted on the walls with a white background and small dark letters, which can be challenging to read due to glare from the lights.
