The quality of drinks has been spot on, even for remakes that other stores messed up. The baristas are very nice and have a very positive attitude. One barista was very funny with great energy that was contagious, helping customers leave laughing and with a smile. Another cashier made a horrible day way better with great customer service. The little things, like a message written on a cup, help customers have a wonderful day.
