The baristas here are incredibly friendly. One barista knew almost every customer by first name. Super cool! Probably the best Starbucks in the South Bay. They love their refreshers, especially the strawberry Açaí. They are quick, always have a smile on their face, and are very very nice. They talk to you right and are more than happy to fix an order. The staff is amazing. One customer accidentally showed up to the wrong store when they mobile ordered, and the staff was so incredibly nice and helpful. The Service and Atmosphere are excellent. The Head person is amazing at her craft of leadership and genuine in how she knows the customers. Unfortunately, this Manager / Starbucks Leader is departing soon.
