I have been going to this starbucks for the past few months and I must say, the service is exceptional! This certain barista, Bill, has always gone above and beyond to make sure that my needs are fulfilled. The drinks always come out as expected if not even better, and I have only good things to say about this location. Although busy, the staff always have a great attitude and I will definitely be coming back often! 10/10 from me.
On my way to work so I ordered through mobile. Didn’t check in to the drive thru cause not used to ordering online. The employee asked me to check-in next time and I said Ok so she said drive back around and it it’ll be ready. I asked if I needed to check-in at the drive thru and she said no. I said ok. So when I drive back around, another employee said I needed to check-in and I said I know, but the other employee said I didn’t have to. Wasted my time trying to argue with...
They were extremely busy. But, I was greeted. I didn't go through the drive-through thank heavens it was had a massive line. The coffee could have been better It was a little too sweet. And the food shouldn't come out before the drink. By the time I got my coffee the sandwich was warm and not hot.
