Super fast but VERY unfriendly. I was the only person in at the moment. Tried to ask if I had the correct name for the drink which the lady ignored and rang up the order and started working on it. It was so rude I was taken aback and decided maybe she’s having a bad day. I then took the gamble and thankfully it was the right drink but then when I said thank you twice to the -other- employee she said nothing and walked away as well. This small Starbucks near River Oaks parkway in North San Jose has a small seating area both inside and outside. The store is well lit. The service is speedy and the staff are friendly. It is a good place to grab a drink or a snacks and work on something. There are tables for that. Parking is available in the parking lot adjacent to it. Recommended.

This is one of the times that you remember Starbucks is about franchises and not all of them are nice.
