They certainly offer a wide variety of drinks and plenty of customizations to suit your taste. However, I've noticed that the wait times can be a bit frustrating, and I often find that the prices don't quite match the quality of the beverages.
**post pandemic visit. Didn't realize the door entrance was changed. Not as convenient ingress or egress (on side facing cottle road). Also renovated inside. I walked in and the baristas were slammed. Lots of ppl waiting and mobile orders being picked up. I ordered a drip coffee which the cashiers always serve but this time she says "You're all set", walks away and proceeds to do absolutely nothing. I don't mind waiting but why not help take the load off the baristas if you aren't busy?
