the service at starbucks in san jose is great ..will go again to that location.
Very disappointing customer service. They act friendly, but when they make the wrong drink or take too long, there’s no apology—instead, they make you feel like you’re the problem. Mistakes happen, but basic courtesy and accountability should be part of good customer service!
Some people at work don't seem like they know what they're doing. Asking a customer if they need a straw for a Frappuccino? Of course they do—it's just common sense.
