Sushi is good. Worth waiting twenty to thirty minutes to get the best sushi in San Jose, California. I live in Fresno and on my way to Sacramento I stopped by at dinner time and ate sushi with my friends. This place is authentic Japanese home style food. I like their Chicken Katsu and Salmon. I ask if they use farm raised salmon and they say yes. Anyway, this place hit the spot. Will be visiting on my way home again. Thank you Sushi Kan and Chef Eric.
