I stopped into Taco Bell to use the restroom. Super long story short, I left and figured out sometime later that I lost my hat. I called the restaurant to ask if it had been left and got hung upon immediately. But I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Call dropped? Called again, same thing. When I got back there to check for myself, one of the employees stopped me from going into the bathroom. Telling me I had to purchase something. There was a whole big deal made out of it when I was just trying to check to see if my hat was in there.
Very disappointing visit. Probably won't ever go here again. I mean. It's the customer service industry. You would think they'd know how to be.

Could they serve my son the incorrect item? Some super spicy fries. They were supposed to be the Nacho. Steak garlic fries and they put some red hot sauce on it. She was refusing to correct the issue. When I went back there after she hung up on me. She asked the cashier who did this.Wasn't willing to make anything right for meI called right away to notify the manager Veleria she was very rude and hung up on me. Also, please remember to count your change when she gives you change back. She was a person that originally wrung me up.The change was supposed to be thirty three dollars.She only gave me twenty three dollars back

I haven’t had Taco Bell in years and I was missing the good old days, so drove through and order some last night and got so sick from the food I couldn’t sleep! WTH do they put in the food this days ?!! Food poisoning it’s not what I pay for , yeah I wasn’t economic ! No wonder all the taco trucks around town have business , I’ll take a taco truck any day now, never again this fake food

Worst customer service, wait there is no customer service. The people who work here don’t help you. They get your orders wrong, point fingers at you for waiting and asking for update. There were 7 customers waiting to get their orders taken.

This was by far the worst taco bell experience I've ever had perhaps even the worst overall restaurant experience I've had. Although there were warnings, my family did not heed them. The first sign was half the lights in the place turned off leaving it empty and depressing. Once we set foot inside this Taco Bell from hell there was all but 1 person inside even though it was during peak dinner hours. The food wasn't called out but we had to seek it out. We received our food but not our drinks. Upon realization I waited 10 minutes at the front of an empty Taco Bell before 1 of the 6+ people in the back even looked at me. The food was also wrong, sloppy and half-assed. I will NOT be returning to this Taco Bell ever again and will dedicate my life to warning the unknowing about it's devilish interior. DO NOT EAT HERE!!!

I usually don't do this but this specific taco bell is always forgetting items on my order at this point it's added up to at least 5 dollars worth of food and the food here isn't exactly cheap and it causes my children/family to suffer...(visited on 12/20/24 bad Review Update.....decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and go again since it's close to home but they failed and I will not be giving my business to these people anymore. They do not care about their jobs and they are technically stealing money from people what is the point of customizing food and paying extra if it doesn't come back the way you want it!!!) These people need to be properly trained or fired!

Lazy workers, they said their system was down so they refused to grab my food and made me wait through the drive thru anyways and come inside. Horrible customer service
It's fast food. Don't expect much. After 2 tacos, anything else is too soggy for a satisfying crunch.

The ladies there are super rude for no reason. I literally order more than 10 items and they think only giving 5 sauces is enough. Don't come to this taco bell. They also seem to get upset if you don't speak Spanish. You know where we at???? Check the flag at the dealer around the corner
