Greta service! Very clean establishment. Food was hot, fresh and what we ordered. Servers were very friendly, attentive, efficient and hardworking people.kitchen from a view is very clean and in order. We dined in and our food was ready in a timely manner. Our food was handled with care and not rushed at all when announced it was ready. I'm sadly disappointed with my experience here as I ordered the chalupa meal and crunch wrap for dinner since I got off work late only to find that my crunch wrap was missing. I didnt want to drive back 20 minutes as it was getting late and I had work in the early morning. I wish they could double check the bag when delivering since there were no cars when I ordered and it was dead slow.Tried to call to explain the situation but no one answered:(

This Taco Bell was unorganized and seemed to be not ready for customers. Got lukewarm, soggy food and tacos that cracked and fell apart. I pay too much money here to have food like this. I think I gave 2 stars ... well if I could give 0 stars I would.

It took 40 minutes just to get tacos and we had a lot of tacos so we went to the front to get it and they just had it there and didn’t give it to us even when they said they would! It is now cold and not enjoyable.

This store is a fucking mess. Constantly getting my order wrong or it's a completely different one. Unless you go in to order you're going to have a horrible experience. Whether that's the wrong order an overcrowded and hectic kitchen with no accountability. Would not recommend this location and will no longer be going to Taco Bell in general. This is a prime example of a bad apple ruining the bunch.
This is my favorite Taco Bell in Silicon Valley. It is always quiet, and the temperature and seating are always comfortable. It is in a great location with plenty of parking. This may become a problem soon, as they are preparing to build a Costco next door on the site of the old Orchard Supply Hardware. It's a shame, too, because I'm afraid the place will be packed every day.

As good as a taco bell can get really, nothing to crazy overall decent. Have had several order's missing items so I definitely CHECK my order before I leave now. don't want to get home to find out I'm missing something that's the worst.
