I ordered some tripe volcanoes, with the golden tripe. I was craving tacos on a Saturday night since I haven't had it in quite a while, so I wanted to see what taco trucks were nearby the vicinity I was in. There were a few options that popped up, but I saw this one had quesa birria tacos, so that was the winner lol.The truck was located at a gas station on Story road, and since there were a few other trucks nearby, music was playing loud all around.
