Taqueria Paracuaro Food Cart offers an authentic and delightful dining experience. The owners are praised for their friendliness and hospitality. The food is consistently excellent, with juicy, non-greasy meats and homemade, fresh salsas. The Al pastor tacos are a standout, with the perfect balance of crispiness in the tortillas. Customers can customize their tacos with a variety of toppings, including grilled jalapeños and cucumbers. This late-night spot is a local favorite, known for its "super secret" tacos and cash-only policy.
