Had a wonderful first sushi experience at Tokyo Sushi in San Jose! The staff was welcoming and took the time to explain the menu, making it easy for beginners to choose. The sushi was fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. We especially enjoyed the rolls with unagi sauce—it had the perfect balance of sweet and savory.
The restaurant was clean, the service was quick, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing.

We stopped by Tokyo Sushi and had a great experience. We ordered the Assorted Sushi & Sashimi Platter, the Hurricane Roll, and the Burning Love Roll.
The Hurricane Roll definitely packs more heat, while the Burning Love Roll has a milder flavor that I enjoyed more. The assorted sushi and sashimi were fresh and nicely presented.
