Went there on a Wednesday evening, the dining room was not open, so drive through was the only option. So I ordered online, there were 4 cars in front of me, after placing the order I waited about 10 mins, and there were no movements. At this point the 2 cars behind me left, I parked the car and went up to the dining room only to see the note, that it was closed. After I went back to the line, by now 10 minutes passed, and we were only able to move up one space. I cancelled my order and left as well. I was not happy about the waiting time, but at least I did not order there and have to wait probably 30 mins just to get a burger. After I got on the main street the line still didn't move.

Time for a 2 star review. I've had a run of excellent service and food warranting 5 stars but this was not one of them. We rarely eat fast food but had a rare craving for an early evening burger and fries.The lukewarm fries were actually tolerable but the hamburger and cheeseburger were not fit to be served. The bun was actually a bit cold like it was just taken out of the fridge, the meat patty was room temp and not even warm. We tried but in the end threw away half of our uneaten burgers. That's a big deal for us - we rarely throw out food even if it's not that good.The workers were polite but kept talking loud to each other and laughing and messing around and yawning. They seemed distracted and I blame them for serving this crap. Other Yelp reviews seem to agree and it would do the owners of this franchise well to send undercover customers to assess and retrain these slackers. Ruined our meal and we headed elsewhere because we barely ate what they served. And for $22 I was really expecting more. They should be ashamed and step it up man!

I eat at Windys five times a week. I love their biscuits and gravy. Went to IHOP, and ordered biscuits and gravy. What a dis-appointment. Gravy was watered down and no taste at all. I order mostly Dave's Single Burger, and biscuits and gravy. The food is fresh and the counter folks are so nice and polite. I love Windys!!

Went yesterday for national hamburger day. The food was cold, pre-made, there was no line just a couple of customers. The condiment station was dirty, needed filled up but that's not even the worst part. The count when they give you your order was filthy, water or something on it and literally was almost set my order in it. So discussing. Only one good thing was the chocolate frosty Definitely not coming back ever again

This is the closest Wendy's to my home and I have always had an easy interaction with them. I've never actually eaten there though. Usually, I go through the drive-thru on my way home or on my way out towards the freeway.The food is what you would expect from Wendy's and, in my experience, they are rarely out of products they sell.
