“The girl working there was super sweet. She answered our questions about the taste of a smoothie when you add the different protein powders. She also said that if we didn't like the taste, they would remake the smoothie for free. That's Jamba's policy. She even helped me figure out what my current reward was. If you ever are craving a smoothy and there's a Jamba nearby, give it a try. If you happen to be at the mall, you have to go to Jamba. I've never been disappointed with the smoothie or the service.“

“The shaved ice is the best I've had. Such a unique ice cream, honestly. The atmosphere is very unique as well.
But the service is kind of bad. I think they need more workers there. There was only one guy working and he was very rude. Asking for plastic spoons instead of the wooden ones he almost threw them at me. He got desperate when asking questions about the menu. I understand he was overwhelmed though, given that he was the only worker and he had a lot of orders.“
