“What a treat. We tried Better Buzz Coffee in Laguna Hills and wow! The ham and cheese croissant, pastries, coffee and cappuccino were fantastic. The food and service was stellar. They have a drive thru which makes it quite convenient and this place appears to be a neighborhood gem.

They were out of gift cards. The gentleman working there must have been the owner. He asked how many I needed. I said 5. “Nékter in Aliso is faster, cheaper, and much more customer friendly than any of the other Nékters in OC! As I was running in to get a juice, this morning, I accidentally dropped my reusable cup and the rim broke off. The darling sales associate firmly told me that they wanted to replace it, for free (sweetly waving away my protests that it was my fault for dropping my old one). They even gave me the $.50 reusable cup discount on my juice. Thank you, for brightening my day!!“

While the staffs were initially unfamiliar with the offer, they handled the situation with exceptional professionalism and helpfulness.
