Pastalia Reviews
Pastalia is a wonderful spot for Italian food in San Juan Capistrano! The pasta was delicious, flavorful, and prepared with great attention to detail. The ingredients tasted fresh, and the portions were satisfying without feeling too heavy. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it a great place for a relaxed meal with family or friends. The service was friendly and welcoming as well. A lovely place for pasta lovers, and definitely somewhere I’d happily return to! 🍝✨
We stopped here for lunch while sightseeing.
We ordered the eggplant parmesan and the meat lover's pizza. Both were delicious. The vegetables on the pizza, in particular, were fresh, tender, and tasty.

We walked right through it. It was too difficult to find a table. So we went to a sit down place.

Pastalia is a wonderful spot for Italian food in San Juan Capistrano. The pasta is delicious, flavorful, and prepared with great attention to detail. The ingredients taste fresh, and the portions are satisfying without feeling too heavy. The pizza is perfectly cooked with a crispy crust, fresh mozzarella, and flavorful tomatoes and basil. The eggplant parmesan and the meat lover's pizza are both delicious, and the vegetables on the pizza are fresh, tender, and tasty. The butternut squash pasta is good and hot, and the Fettuccini Alfredo with Chicken is always a hit. The Prosciutto Arugula pizza is very good, and build your own pasta is an easy option too. Pasta comes in all kinds of shapes and sizes, and you can actually see the finished dishes, which makes it much easier to choose. The atmosphere is warm, inviting, and cozy. The service is friendly, welcoming, and attentive. There are great prices for the portion sizes. It takes a while for food but it is worth the wait. There is communal seating inside and outside the food hall, a paid parking lot, and limited free parking towards the train tracks. There are lots of other restaurants around the food hall and ample space for large parties in the open, grassy area. It is a lovely place for pasta lovers and one of the best Italian spots in the area.
