“I was craving French toast sticks, again, so I swung by the drive-thru. The service was speedy, and the taste and quality were consistent with my previous experience at a different BK yesterday. However, I noticed this location charged slightly more for the same item, which surprised me since I assumed they had standard pricing.“

“The food was good and fresh better than the location on Davis. The service normally i don't complain, but here at first it was good i ordered at the drive thru, the lady that gave me the food was nice. But when you tell them that you are missing half of your order they attitude starts changing . And then they checked the order and supposedly fixed it and still ended up missing food and you told them again, they gave you an attitude. In the end, i was still missing part of my order. I meant they had a received tape on the bag that said what i paid for and still some how end up missing part of the order. I mean, if you dont like to do customer service, find another job where you dont have to deal with customers. I was never rude to them, but the one with the attitude was the cashier at the drive-thru. If go here order inside .“
