I ordered on the website for delivery and when I received the food I was missing two of my burgers. So I tried to reach out and the only way was to call the restaurant so I tried. It rang and rang and then eventually just hung up on itself. What’s the point of that being the way to contact the store if nobody answers. Horrible service honestly

This place sucks, ordered food on door dash bag was sealed very well so I know dasher didn’t take the food, these guys sent me lettuce and tomato when I ordered spicy chicken sandwhich what a freaking joke
This is what you get when you order. I was waiting for my order at cashier. There were less workers. After I got home, it looks nothing like a picture on menu and no wonder this fast food place is four stars. I wish this place needs to have improvement with environment and do better with foods. The only good this is fried and soda. This area is nothing and sad.

Quality has really gone downhill, portions are tiny for the same price (maybe more expensive even) I took two bites and threw it away (even regretting those two bites) won’t be back,

This is the third time incompetent employees have not given me the food I ordered, that I paid for with my own money. I'm done with this place. This happened way to many times for me to let it slide anymore.
They better get some good employees in this place. Every time I complain they just offer apologies. No reimbursement, they don't even give us the food we're missing. Customers deserve much better than this.

They get every single order wrong. They always forget at least one food item. Another place that also doesn’t know how to make the fried jalapeños, always cold and undercooked. It doesn’t matter who is working because they all have bad management. Also when you order on DoorDash, the restaurant doesn’t seal the bags with stickers like they’re supposed to so the delivery driver will steal some of your food guaranteed (because they’re Oakland based drivers) so between the restaurant forgetting an item and your driver stealing his own dinner for himself your order for 3 people turns into one person getting a sandwich and two people getting maybe a side item and you get ripped off $30 and DD will refund you 12 cents for the trouble.
